Today, sports federations, clubs, and event organizers communicate simultaneously across television, livestream, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and internal platforms — toward rights holders, media partners, sponsors, and their own audience. Traditional broadcast thinking does not serve this reality: the TV feed is delivered, and „the rest will somehow happen.” Pélicom’s Smart Broadcast® „one service — multiple platforms” approach reverses this logic.
Production designed from the target platforms inward
What makes our Smart Broadcast solution different is how we assemble the building blocks of the production process to simultaneously support all media channels of our clients. This is not a post-production question — it is production architecture. Camera positions, feeds, audio infrastructure, graphic branding, recording formats, and archiving are all designed before shooting begins, so that the TV feed, the livestream, and the on-site footage all yield content suitable for every target platform.
What this looks like in practice
- TV feed production for media partners (national public broadcasters, sports channels, international rights holders), delivered to required technical specifications
- Parallel livestream output to the federation’s own YouTube channel or social platforms
- Reels, Shorts, and highlight content during or immediately after the production, with AI-supported editing workflows
- Sport presentation graphics designed to serve both the live broadcast and social content within a unified brand system
- Accessibility (SRT) subtitling for the TV broadcast, with downstream reuse on digital platforms
- Master archive suitable for later sponsor reels, magazine show segments, and image film use
Examples from our work
We have a federation partner for whom we produce a recurring biweekly TV magazine show. The same shoots also generate Reels videos, teasers, and social media content, and we handle the entire Facebook–Instagram presence as well. One production cycle delivers an entire month’s worth of communication.
Another federation partner has us prepare YouTube versions of selected segments from their weekly TV magazine, which we then publish directly to the federation’s channel using editor-level access. Television and digital appearance flow from a single production logic.
What this means for you as a client
- One production yields multiple deliverables — at a fraction of the cost of separately commissioned outputs.
- Consistent visual and message system across all channels — a unified brand presence.
- Rights holder and media partner expectations no longer conflict with your own social media strategy — they reinforce it.
- Fewer vendors needed for the full media output — one coordination point.
